Not sure about using it as a topper.

TAF original topper does not need changing.

I think it is meant to be mounted at the back of the playfield.

Yeah I only called it a topper as it describes it as one in the listing :

"...The mod just mounts to the top of the backboard,..."

I agree that the original topper is best  but if you don't have one and was looking for something different .  Not sure where or if it would fit on the playfield as the screen on the TV is 1.8 inches so overall the whole thing would be hard to fit on an Addams PF somewhere I think .

Seen similar at Bumper Action for the TZ although their mod actually played scenes (motion pictures) not a slide show. From memory was going for around $300
