Are the side rails / lockdown bars clear coated from factory?

Was thinking the same thing ,I wonder if it's worth clear coating the lock bar ?
But then a again for domestic use may not be needed.

 like the gold we do , we dip them in real gold then clear them twice  ...  but this is for home use

Grundy's!!!!! just about every Saturday night we were at Charlie Cheeses , do you remember that place upstairs ?
There was  always a line up to play Black hole ,that was the happening place .Only seems like yesterday .
