Glad your enjoying the restoration Pajo - thanks for the kind words.

This week has been flat out with other client builds, and real life - but i managed to push the machine a little closer to the finish line...

Boards were fully serviced, and i couldnt be happier. Back in the cabinet and rewired with its loom...

From the front, still need to tidy up the wiring, but you get the idea...

The playfield underside had been re-wired earlier in the week, so it was just a matter of tidying the three looms (sol, switch and lamp) and getting the field back in the cab...

Obviously still a bit to do topside, but there is no need to have the playfield on the rotisserie. Everything else can be finished out with the field in the cabinet. This is also a good way to get any bugs isolated and fixed before the topside gets to cluttered with ramps etc.

Powered up for the first time since day one...very exciting...also a bit scary, thanks for crossing your fingers for me Daniel  #*# Your a good man.  :lol
The following are nothing more than glamor shots. I have a couple of lamps to address, along with one switch - but everything so far checks out.

Here we go...

Again...top area...

From the top...

Cabinet included...(and i still need to swap out that yellow start button)

Straight on...

Angled...

From the front...Dont worry Wotto - Im working on something for the rear playfield panel, but its a while away. It is removable, so i should be able to INSTALL it just as easily...

Thats about it for this weekend though - it will be back to client work for the rest of the week. Hope your enjoying the progress guys, not too far to go now  @@*

Have a great weekend,
Timbo

Your lucky you mentioned tidying up the head box loom that looks shit !@#

Man your a fussy bugger looks great to me.

Looking really good so far but you may regret putting the playfield in as a few of the bits up the back are a bugger to install but you will get it done without a doupt.

  Keep up the good work

Nice bling shots Timbo. I really like the picture of the 3 pop bumpers - would be great on your website as a banner / front page etc !

Bet you are "itching" to play this baby  :D

Thanks guys,

Well, the game is home - and im slowly finishing up with this build.

Waiting on the final few parts and T2 will be playable.

One of the final things i did was restore the apron. Blasted back, decals (which look quite nice) and cleared. I understand that factory would see this powdercoated with screened art, but i am happy with my decision...

First clear...

Left detail...

Right detail...

Overview...

With the apron finished, i decided to get my game home and out of the workshop - i have a few machines coming in, and this really didnt need to be there anymore...back home next to Rudy...

T2 is a really tough game to photograph, colours are really challenging to get just right...

So there are still a few things i need to do - white start button for John  :lol , new repro ramp, and some coloured sleeves...But why SHOULDNT i turn it on...i mean, it DOES work after all  *!@

I am also waiting on more globes  :lol i ran out  !@)...

Glamor from here on out...

Again...

More of the same...

Upper section...

Hope you guys have enjoyed following the build. I will be sure to put the final photos up along with a video of some sort when the game is TRULY 110%.
