Indeed it is Nino - I'm trying something different on the T2. The whole cabient will be sprayed with this, but i'm going to 2pak clear the inside of the body (if that makes sense) to get some nice light reflection off the playfield. If it turns out how it looks in my head, should be a nice result... fingers crossed...

In regards to the cabinet decals, i ended up scanning the side art, and tracing it out over a three week period. Its been redrawn at 300dpi, so its nice and crispy. I would love to share it, but i understand and respect the 'licensing' restrictions that come with reproducing copyright material. I really dont want to implicate myself in it either with my new business venture.

I'll post some photos of the artwork tonight, as i picked it up from the printers early in the week

Hey guys,

Just thought i'd post some snaps of my cabinet art redraw. I all up i spent 30 hours on this. I probably could have gotten it done much quicker, but tracing out art can get quite monotonous at times.

That is simply outstanding, Tim. I can see your idea with the reflection of the insice of the cabinet. I'm not sure if you have seen the backboard art that Wotto once drew for T2, but if you are customising this machine, it might be worth looking at. Just a thought - Are you planning to recreate the apron in a chrome effect. As in chrome dipping ? I've seen one T2 with a chrome apron and a blue led under the apron and it simply looked amazing !

I saw this particular machine for sale in Europe. It was simply stunning. The chrome apron, blue leds around / under the apron and a custom speaker kit. Sorry - I don't have any pictures. I want to explore the chrome arpon on some of my machines. T2 is a perfect machine to "pimp".

Not the exact machine, but very similar. The T2 in the link you have posted is FAR better. Although I cannot find the Apron for sale ? I have bookmarked this site as it has a lot of products that interest me.

Its a mad looking T2.  The apron looks great.  I wonder if they used an original apron, had it laser cut and re-chromed or whether they made one from scratch?

That is one amazing T2, I like the shot showing all the work around the skull, check out the lane guides and the pop bumper caps, nice details

Looks amazing. Are those inkjet? Screen printed? You'll have one of the nicest T2's on the planet when you're done.
