I've just read through the whole thread on this and love it.
I have a Pro Football project that is about 90% finished but has a few quirks to sort out. I think everything I will need to do is covered in this topic.

Rob - I'll compare notes with you when I re-commence working on the Pro Football. Unfortunately, things are on hold at the moment whilst family and work commitments take priority.

Yeah i think its a great thread which covers a lot of stuff (especially for a newb like myself)that can go wrong. Lots of great help from great guys on this forum!! I Look forward to swapping notes etc when you get to doing your pro football up

hey, im waiting for a photo or something that will help me with how the M relay is supposed to look... I would have hassled earlier but i think i've made myself enough of a pain to date 

As per the pics above, the M relay seems to be where my problem lies as i have checked the score reel switches against what you told me they should be... The M relay needs to be nailed and then all thats left mechanically is the flipper rebuilds (got 4 rebuild kits).

M Realay now i remember on yours the M stands for Mess. Ill take a look this arvo i might just send you a relay with some straight contacts and you can swap em for the stuffed ones?

Ive found you a M relay with straight contacts and from your messy photos the contacts look to be the same as yours should be see the pics below.

Super Stuff Daniel !

"M" Relay is the 100 Score relay. It has 5 pairs of switches. All are normally OPEN, Except a set of contacts with a Maroon/White wire and a Maroon wire. This set is normally closed.

These three contacts in a stack of THREE were OPEN




Top set was closed and bottom set are open on this side
