Way off topic - anyone have an estate agency sales agreement in NSW or QLD?

Doing a project for a client - has anyone sold a property in NSW or QLD recently? The agent would have signed you up with an "Exclusive Sale Authority" or similar. Looking to get hold of one for each state.

Thanks for the links. I think you need to be a licensed agent & member of the REINSW to get the NSW one that way.
