spoke to my bank yesterday, asked ANZ Manager if I could purchase some USA currency.

Made arrangements with Manager to convert some Aussie to Greenbacks.

Also, you can prepay/buy any international flight tickets and accomodation up to 12 months in advance.

So, anyone going overseas in the next 12 months, go see your bank Manager, swap some Aussie for some George Washingtons, and see your local travel agent, as it will definately pay$ to prebook and take advantage of the Dollar right now. It cant last forever.
