SPURR'S BANK A BALL part 2
« on: December 08, 2010, 09:46:24 PM »
I dont know about you guy's but my projects go on for ever. Finally Im now playing one of the first and favourite pins
when I was a young bloke Bank a Ball.
To save cash I repainted the flaking backglass where the pool table had virtually gone. The girl on the right tits needed a make over as well. I modified the back box by airbrushing 2x eight balls and a white ball. The original stencil had orange circles.

Mylar was my choice for playfeild. All light bulbs socket cases were all hard wired which means all lights work and are at full brightness. With the targets I cleaned them up and used folder binder protectors ( im cheap)
NOTE: All original posts are chrome alloy. They came up a treat.

Great game mate and yours looks very very nice indeed!!!

Mine is still "on the go"-= havent touched it since that fateful day ( those that remember??  http://aussiepinball.com/index.php?topic=1409.0   )

....Oh man... just went back to that thread... still kills me!!

The PF is downstairs face down on a towel so i cant see it.... but im starting to itch getting back to it.... I have 1 more PF to clear up for someone else and then i can do my stuff again.

Love Bank A Ball... and i want mine all shiny like yours!!!

What a brilliant job Spurr.

You are right, it takes a long time but it is clearly worth it.

Awsome work with this one looks great.  It doesn't matter how long it takes when you end up with that result. WELL DONE

An Gav I do remember yours bloody pink grrrr. Was lucky/ unlucky to see it in the flesh when I visited and it was beautiful apart from the pink and will be great to see it finished.

It is absolutely awesome.

The shine on the playfield always blows me away. Do you polish the mylar after you lay it?

SPURR,

This looks AWESOME! The playfield is simply beautiful, as is the rest of the machine.

I really like your work with the 8 balls etc, subtle but certainly a nice touch.

Lovely work,

Tim
