Maybe.

Muppets - old but enduring.

Tron - someone miss the boat again??

+1

Both are potentially better themes than a music pinball. Muppets could be quite funny.

Surely there are better themes than either of these.  Do Stern do any market research at all   @.@

they must not .... surley u would think they would be up with the times???   A new music pinball.. easy ..how about a ''PINK'' pinball??? other Winning themes,
Harry potter
stargate atlantis
star trek voyager or DS9
zuzu pets would be good for operators w/ticket despencer

tron might get them some sales for both the home & operators market
as for muppets not sure, if it were put in a timezone would the current generation of children even know  who the muppets are?

there is a new muppet movie in production at the moment - maybe stern could actually release a pinball at the same time as the movie?

Muppets could be a classic, especially if they do Statler and Waldorf well. If they are aiming at 40-somethings then the Muppets are right in our growing up years.

Tron could be OK if done right.

I brought a few new stern but wont buy any more new regardless of the theme. Was not happy when they sold me my avtavat pinball ,only to be told two months later we are doing  a le version.
If any new Stern pinball does not come with a 3d backglass they will probable do a LE verson. Ther no way they can release a new game with out one, unless they plan on doing a LE version of that game.
Will see if i am wrong ,as waiting for a Rolling Stones LE version to get made up. #@#

Playing the waiting game at the moment.
