Yeh.. acetone will strip most things/... good for acrylic paint especially..... also All Purpose Thinners.
Neither of these should touch the paintwork of course

That cab looks great, I'd just use all purpose thinners, it will be the least amount of work, then polish your aluminium and re install

Well i had a very busy saturday working on paragon went on a bit of a bender last night so today was a right off
Multipurpose thinners did the trick came off really easily thankfully.
I then set about polising all the PCB mounts and screws turned out pretty well few spots ill give more attention to at a later date

Got insert panel removed and cleaned up stripped out all the display holders and gave them a polish where visible and gave the wiring loom a good clean with nifti a cloth and lots of patience not perfect but a big improvememnt.
Man the hinge was a nightmare to get clean it was solid yellow if you look in the first headbox photo a few posts back you can see how bad it was aswell as the metal guide in the lower right of the backbox. Thinnners then the buff Beautiful

Looking very, very nice! Keep it up (the pin work that is, not the benders!).
