Would love a Paragon but after reading the string on which machine you would never part with it seems Paragon would be a very hard machine to come by. I rememer seeing 2 on ebay last year but have never seen one before or since. 2 questions.... does anyone know of one for sale and what would you expect to pay for a good one if you were lucky enough to find one.
Thanks....Tim

Three years ago, there were THREE or FOUR Paragons on Ebay - Wotto's, one in Tasmania and two Melbourne based. One of those two was strictly a project. Late last year, a Dealer had TWO, one on eBay. They DO appear from time to time on eBay etc, but they rarely change hands once they are in a collection.

A project or rough machine would not be worth more than $700
A working / unshopped with good backglass and playfield $1000
Reconditioned / shopped $1800 - $2200
Restored $2700 +

I will never part with mine. Backglass and playfield is a 9/10. Cab is faded. I was offered $3500 by a collector 5 years ago (after I restored it).

If you are patient, you will find one on eBay. There is at least 1-2 per year sold on eBay. Not that rare ! But NEVER changes hands !

Edit - Found the link to Wotto's beast that sold on eBay for around $2200 - $2300.
