Auction and bargain in the same sentence does not exist anymore.

Yes, that was the case when I attended one last year. No real bargains.

I remember back when I used to go to computer auctions at a clearance house in Langridge St, Collingwood. Some good bargains to be had there because the potential buyers were few. Then they discovered the internet...

I've no interest at all in the auction side of it .......only interested in what the EXPO has to offer.

I'll only be going on the Saturday to meet up with people and be giving Sunday a miss to avoid having to listen to an auction.

I may be slow here (not the first and won't be the last)

However, will there be an entry cost for the Expo and will there be combined deals such as for both days, doths days and the dinner etc...

70 pinnies to be auctioned ^%^
How can this happen in an afternoon,if 1 pinnie is auctioned every 5 minutes its still going to take around 7 hours.

And that Burra my friend is just what im trying to work out. 70 pins is AN ALL DAY auction, so it looks like Expo is only on the saturday after all,

Guess we need Rian to clear this up for us

The Expo will be all day Saturday from 9.00am-5.00pm and Sunday 9.00am-12.00 noon, the auction will take place then all should go for no longer than two hours, the Expo section is away from where the auction is taking place. The pinball finals will be after the auction so there is no need to pack up till late Sunday.

There will be around 70 pinballs in the auction, these are mainly from me and Jason Douglas, Michael Shalhoub is putting in 10 from his personal collection

this is what I was sent

I havent not spoken to Rian since and confirmed numbers  or if anyone else is adding pins maybe Tony can confirm this ?
