Here is my gripe for today  ^.^

Okay I e-maild Marco and The Pinball Shop in the U.S. to get a shipping cost to Australia for my Getaway Ramp Lift Crank (Pictured).
Marco is $15 for part plus $40 post but out of stock for the moment.
The Pinball Shop quoted $20 for part and $40 U.S. to post to Australia.

Highway robbery !! for a small part (Crazy)

Sometimes its just best to bite the bullet and pay for it so u can move on and fix the game.

OR see if someone else is doing a order with that company and share the postal costs. Their post costs are a rip-off. We have all been stung before.

Wonder if Matt (KTM450) might be able to make you one? He made me some nice bits and maybe if you ask him nicely he might, especially as he owns and loves that game too!

I might be able to get mine spot welded sumhow then it will be good as new. The bit that broke way from the crank still clips back in but is loose and will come appart again.

I might be able to help, I parted out a whirl wind and I have the whole assembly which a part dam close to what you need. Check out the whirl diagram attached.

+2 on repair it,

spot Tig or even silversolder would do the trick.

Marco only becomes economical when you want a heap of parts,

Be careful when their website lists out of stock,

it sometimes means with some of the more game specific parts it will never be restocked again as its no longer available..

Surprisingly Pinballlife Refund overshipping charges calculated by their website...
Firepower, F14 Tomcat, Terminator2, Twilight Zone, No Fear, TAF, Hyperball, Sttng....

Good news, Part fixed  #*#  like band new.  (pictured)
Back of the pin on the crank was neald over if thats the right word and given a good tap.
Now its on and tight as a drum.
