But is is NOT an overlay (this time) - How many times can you relist the same machine ?

I might put a bogus KISS on eBay at $50,000, just so this clown can say something stupid like "They are currently selling at $50,000"  !!@

Maybe this one is signed by a member of a KISS cover band ?

Seriously, this guy has no idea what "factory" or "mint" means. That polished door makes me feel sick  &^&

I took a punt and made an offer of 500 I know I'd miss the free postage but hey maybe he'd throw it in anyway.

Damn the offer was declined. Maybe he'll send me a second chance offer sometime soon

Had to ask what the serial number was so we can see if it does re-appear in 6 months time. Answer - "The Serial number is EKI 11082",Cabinet original - totally rebuilt which is why serial number hard to see (still visible though)".

Need to ask if it comes in a BALLY box... after all you are reliving the experience of opening the box of a brand new KISS machine

Need to ask if it comes in a BALLY box... after all you are reliving the experience of opening the box of a brand new KISS machine

Imagine opening the box, only to find drop targets installed in the game that have not yet been "invented", the wrong lane guides, wrong leg color, wrong leg bolts, door hardware, door, and I'll bet the boards have 25 year old capacitors and over stressed bridge rectifiers !

Interesting enough, according to eBay - the seller has not sold a game since August.. .. .. .. 2010 !!

Funnily enough, the underside of the "original" playfield is gray, not woodgrain. But we are not selling an authentic KISS  !!@

Interesting... 2 pictures of 2 playfields.. one is an original.. one is the overlay... Can you tell the difference?

Well yes i can actually... hold the cursor over one and then move to next picture whilst looking at the insert graphics on 2X... then watch K-I-S-S in the PF centre.
The colour and shading on the PF graphics variation i could put down to different ambient light.. but the text?? Come on.. spend all that time drawing a KISS overlay and then take a shortcut on the font used?... my my.
be interesting to see the final price.

... wonder why the guy gets hate mail from other KISS owners??? ...LOL

Meh.. Yes - I'm sure he does get some emails from collectors who know the seller is full of crap !

"Those that have seen or purchased my machines say they are the ‘best KISS Restorations they have ever seen.’ " - Um. No. The two collectors that have seen these "so called" mint games (with the intent to buy if they were restored correctly), suggest otherwise. They are nowhere near "original" condition. They look nice, but are not mint or restored to factory condition.

"My last sale was in July (yes these machines don’t grow on trees and take months to restore... not the quick ‘makeover’ machines you see on here). " - um.. no .. The last ebay sale was in August .. .. .. 2010 !

I didn't read the rest of the auction as the pictures tell the story. Wrong leg color, drop targets etc etc - and what Gavin said..

So when do we think this game will be re listed again, and will it break the record of relisted pinballs as the "Spottem" Woodrail ?

No. He says it's a genuine no reserve auction.  #*#

but wait, further down he says he has the right to remove it from sale at anytime..Nothing new really, i've bid on many pins on ebay only to see them vanish with a day to go and reappear with a BIN price.
