How is the saving lost? You have to pay gst even on one?
Makes no never mind to me as i'm registered for gst, but the $68 for shipping is saved and the gst is the same?

3 x dmd = $1369.50 delivered inc the g
= $456.50 each, a saving of $77.65US ($110au odd) per screen.

You may have to pay for customs clearance, and if they get nasty - duties. It may also clear without being noticed.
