LOL!!!

I didnt even bother in the end - top price i would have gone is $350 - $400 TOPS!!!

Had this been a private sale that had come to me then i would have offered $300 for it. With $200 being the first option.

Im stunned!! I cant sell a fully working 100% complete EM game for more than $1000 on Ebay, chances are it will have paperwork too - flyer, manual etc.

Ebay alone has done more damage to the cost of pins than anything else - simply because whoever bought it reckons they got a bargain cos it was under a grand.

Next time i sell an EM game on Ebay - i wont bother fixing the damn thing first and cleaning it up cos it makes no difference to the bloody price.

Ill put my wrecked NIGHT RIDER EM on there with missing BG and expect to get more for it than i was going to sell it on fully fixed and complete

There have been some insane prices in Victoria and Queensland - the rest of Australia seems pretty flat at the moment

It's a mad price.

The demand for fully reconditioned EMs is interesting. Fully restored EMs can fetch crazy prices.

Case in point. Looks to be well looked after. No pictures of the sides of the cabinet, so I hope the bidders have see the pics. So many pins are just painted white these days

Perhaps there is a rat

I still don't think people should smash backglasses as a way of trying to inflate bidding

Ric,

The quote used wasn't in relation to the Jacks Open - there was a link to a Big Brave in Queensland

I saw it as a joke. EM prices are starting to fly through the roof. for a game to fetch that price minus a backglass is amazing !
