They definitely make pinballs affordable.
But it seems that some of their Operators are more innovative than bush mechanics to keep them going.
However finding and fixing these "fixes" is all part of the fun.

My Williams Jungle Lord came fitted with Gottlieb flipper mechs

ahaha this is the exact opposite to mine. my gtb had williams flipper mech lol thats ok the replacement parts for this settup are cheaper than the gtb ones lol
i tell ya my one euro machine is a pile, heaps of bush style repairs, but it works its just like having shitter car as daily that you just continue with the dodgy fixes to keep it running, lol its bloody great fun working out what the owner before me did to keep in action and just improve on it lol
my favourite fix i noticed, was how the ball shooter had some wire wraped around the shaft to hold the shooter spring in place lol, they didnt even bother paying 50c for a circlip lol they also used two half length springs so it would go the distance of the shooter shaft, lol thought that was good, however i changed that

but as i stated before my other euro machine is great no dogy fixes and very neat and reliable.
