There are reports of Mirco playfields being made from soft wood, and these playfields are prone to dimpling

I have a friend who just visited the maker of these TZ playfields whilst overseas etc last week and he reckons the quality is perfect and anything else is total BS.

Who else has brand new TZ quality playfields available on the planet. ?

(perhaps people who are sitting on brand new TZ playfields from a year or so ago, are seeing their "investment" profits drop now that the supply is going up, and the demand will cause the prices of existing stuff to go down.) I reckon alot of people bought the new TZ playfields to sit on and make a buck or two in the next few years. Thats all going to die now this new run is going to put alot more great TZ playfields out there.

I believe my mate when he says they are perfectly fine because I know how much of a perfectionist he is and he has inspected them first hand.  ^^^

I would buy one. Wont be many more opportunities in the future i would reckon.

Arrived the other day and finally got to unpack it.

After reading about some of the faults the only one i was worried with, is the roller over area regarding ink bleed. Not sure what happen, but happy with mine as cant fault it.
Is there any other area i should be looking as so far mine is perfect. The white water is the same perfect.

There are some real anal collectors that seem to have problems with every repro playfield made. I have a repro FH and other than one small registration error that I rarely notice, it is beautiful. The AFM repro is great, but seen plenty of criticism on those too.

Both those look very nice from what I can see, I am just grateful people get repros done at all.

It is great that people are taking the time and effort to reproduce these parts, there would not be a huge profit in them after the setup costs and artists etc.
