Malcolm, I sent u a few emails to a few different email addresses over a period of time but never got a reply. I understand other members have also had the same experiences.
Were these DR WHO decals sent weeks ago, or just these last few days etc. Any tracking numbers etc. Some of us are going away for xmas and dont want them sitting at the front door.
Thats why I and the other members are keen to know how they were sent and when ? what method etc ?
My purchase is for a friend who has a Dr WHO and it was going to be a surprise for Xmas etc . Let us know when they were specifically sent and by what method.
Did u add a tracking number or insure the various $300 purchases etc. ? Kindly advise.

Mate in all fairness, at what stage should we give up and ask for our money back again.
Alot of us paid in good faith and have had barely any info and your reply is definately insufficient . Some of us paid a long time ago. I personally would like a much better explanation than "they were sent". I look forward to your detailed reply as I am sure the others will as well.

If feel for you guys who have handed over hard earned to Malcolm. If it was me i'd be looking at a class action, extreme but needs to be taught a lesson. Has stuffed everyone around for a bit to long.

I asked him to do some work for me and after waiting over 4 weeks with broken promises and "it's in the mail" bullshit told him to go get F'd basically and sourced the work else where. A few bucks more but the guys has them in the mail, WITH tracking after 4 working days!!

You name is quickly turning to MUD there Malcolm. Pull your finger out. Not just here but o/s a well.

I would suggest those involved send an email (with read receipt) requesting a final answer as to either refund money or send product (registered mail).  If these get ignored after a reasonable time, then I would suggest it no longer is a civil matter and becomes a Police matter.  It makes no difference that victims are in S.A or QLD and the other party is in N.Z.

If you wish to go down the criminal path, make sure to KEEP ALL original emails (don't forward but make sure they are still there).  Print off copies.
Also print copies of any PM's via AP.
I would also suggest to print off the thread where replies or promises have been made.
Print off a copy (or photocopy) the bank transfer information (ie to the account money was sent too) or paypal information.

Its best to also complete a witness statement prior to attending the Police Station.  These were available on the QLD Police website (ie separate ones for each state).  Although they were for eBay, they can be modified without issue.

In addition to the advise from MartyJ, it might be worth letting the Williams License holders that there is a problem with distribution.
