Welcome aboard to a really good forum for pins.  Lots to learn, so just ask as there are lots of guys here willing to help.

I cannot restore a pin but I'm fussy about condition.

Maybe you can't retore (yet), but soon you will be able to.  It won't take you long to really get into it, once you own one.  An EM is a great machine to both play and learn from, and the period you are after is a top decade of pins.  I started with one but I think, providing you have room and budget, it really never ends with just one.
