yes, sending in the receipts is a must.

Mine still in process last time I looked.

You need to go to your account page and down the bottom there are details of your order and its status.  The last box is a tax invoice/validation form.  Print it out fill it in and send it off with your receipts.

Ive just checked mine and the status says dispatched???   cant find any thing about posting in the receipts?

Says they want the receipts within 10 days. So hopefully they process quickly.

just looked at your jpeg, says expected delivery 20th of Feb.

So much for having it for xmas.  Oh well,
