Thats a Bally Midway "Grand Slam"  - http://www.ipdb.org/machine.cgi?gid=4804 and a Fathom. The strange cabinets are bizarre - more like a "dock" for the games - heaven knows why ??

Would keep the games from getting damaged, those cabs probably added a few years life to those pins. Would be a shocker to play like that though.

Hmm, never seen anything like that before. A bit like sitting on a couch with a plastic cover instead of sitting on the fabric/leather - just wrong.
