where exactly is that nail hole ? can u take a photo from further back to show where that is ? looks like a extra nail hole from the press machine.

can u put a drop of superglue in it or a tiny drop of resin to cover it permanently ?  is it really worth a complete playfield swap out, its a big job and would the stern rep go for it/a new playfield because of that ?  is it really noticeable ?  are u happy with everything else ?  !@#

Cant believe i didnt see this, was so excited with gameplay I overlooked it
So far no luck - faulty bell opto and now I noticed this tonight - so pissed off!
sent email to Leo at cashbox and informed him i want a new playfield otherwise no more NIB!
Lets hope Amd decides to sent out a replacement - I can live with it knowing I have new playfield
I wont replace playfield just want a spare
It looks like something was dropped there and then they tried to polish out further adding scratches and resulting in a patch with no glossy clear
Also there is a small chip to the bottom right

dont get me wrong, but it doesnt make sense having them give u a new playfield unless u use it/swap it out and give them back the faulty one, if they give u one. !@#

but focusing on gameplay, it looks like a friggin great game the LE.  take some photos of the machine set up if u can  ^^^ ^^^

Its about 3mm crater - slr camera with right lighting makes it look worse than it is but yes I wanted it to be perfect especially the playfield

Just blown up the pic and can see the swivel/scratch marks.
Bummer Steve. I think a new playfield in lieu of a damage allowance sounds fair?...
Hate to do the swap over if I was Cashbox - would rather replace the whole pin instead.

I would prefer a swapover of a populated playfield rather than have to take everything off and on.
If they cant do a straight swap with another populated playfield then a replacement unpopulated playfield would suffice

It would most likey be solvent pop, where the clear was either too thick in the coat or had not flashed before the second coat. Depending on size can be rubbed out but still needs final cut and polish.

Yours could be repaired but would need to be fully stripped and sanded / re-cleared.

Should not have passed QC. Not minor and should be replaced
