Why are my plastic protectors blue ??
« on: April 19, 2012, 09:48:07 PM »
A mate (who will remain nameless), new to pinball ownership came over for pizza and pinball last night. Not long after he arrived, he said that he had put the plastic protectors on his late model Williams/Bally machine after about 3 hours of effort, but was complaining about the ones that went from the slingshots to the inlane guides - covering the inlane. I asked what the problem was and he said that the protectors are blue and cannot see through them, I thought about it for a second or two then showed him one of my protector sets yet to be installed and said you have to peel off the blue scratch film BEFORE you install them.  @.@  %.%
He was not impressed !!
