Yes, even if he takes another 6, 12 or 18 months, it doesnt matter to me if he gets it absolutely right.
Can he match the programming requirements of the big boys like Stern and JJP with the code, and the dot matrix displays ??
IF he can nail that, he might have a pearler.......who is doing the code ?? are they on the ball like Lyman/Galvez etc....?
