To comment to a few people

Retro - I have tried Facebook comments before and it just gets deleted, hence trying a email overall written positively but suggesting a few solutions and the benefit - sales.
Delarge - pros come into Aus 3rd week Jan.
OJ - yes agree it was a odd response, but it was a response from GG, in which I got GG email address mail from GS a week ago so a head scratcher on a response like that
Retro - totally agree with you on the response should of been a talk up if anything, but it was almost like a give up.

I got a short response from GS last night stating he was at a trade show in China and will be at the factory by the end of the week. So we will see what they do, if they respond back again, which will be interesting.

I like the theme and many parts of the machine it just appears some parts are cheap and some parts slipped through the QA, so making it public may help them pick up there game. In GG's defense I think he is doing too much, designer, VP, The Pin - you can't give a project 100 percent if you are doing multiple things in your day job as you start to drop the ball.

here is my suggestion to GS to save the Pro if they stick with not changing the playfield, perspective graphic on the pf is not the best but better than nothing - gives you the idea.

ideal is have five lights in the white section with one lined up at each point which each one lights up when the path has been travelled then the fifth lights up when the mode is achieved but all the lights flicker giving the sensation of a spinning shield.

The shield can be located just ahead of the graphic on the pf and covering the ugly lane switch as well

Yeah, I wonder if Mr Gomez will get his arse kicked for admitting to that in an e-mail?

I wonder  %.%  because when GS responded back to my email he CC'd GG and 5 other people ????? - wasn't my intention to be a dobber but to get it right

a few more videos from Gameworks

utoplay=1&rel=0
utoplay=1&rel=0
utoplay=1&rel=0

The first video is low res but shows what flow there is and a potential good light show - no ball lock ups. But the hulk is a dominating character bordering a little too much.
The second video at 3min 20sec shows 2 balls getting stuck. The Black Widow ramp looks a tough shot. Glad these video's come as shows a bit more promise.
The third video just shows dots

First things that spring to mind after watching these clips.
Voice call outs are bad, I mean really bad.
That voice actor playing Nick Fury is terrible!
General and backround audio is vey poor, it sounds like another tf.
Game looks more stop start than I thought.

Very glad I pulled out of this one.....Gomez has once again taken a great theme and taken a huge dump on it!!

I found the flow to be fine, lots of different shots, action never stops, plenty to do, lots n lots of variation. Lightshow is excellent.
Dot matrix annimations are fine. Overall, far better than anything Gomez has produced before.

Audio is fine, voices are fine. Pretty hard for me to judge the audio bad until I play it and hear it in real life, but i like it now so real life will only be better i reckon.

After seeing the extra video footage, it just makes me want to buy it more. No pinball is perfect. Avengers still looks great and I think it will be better in person.

Without playing it you call it better than eg RFM, MB, LoTR?  *!@

I can't see it being anywhere near as good as MB or LOTR.

BNIB addiction,lol   An expensive addiction to have thats for sure.....u know what the pinball disease is, everyone catches it, one is never enough....

My addiction has a celing of $6600 but....it would be alot worse if LE machines were allowed..lol    Sooner or later I will buy a LE, but it would have to absolutely blow me away before I will part with 9 grand plus....thats alot of money for anything....would prob buy a demo model from Bruce to get a LE for a better price...would save some money and the game count would be very very low anyway....I wish the Premiums were just a bit cheaper,like 7500....that would be tempting....

I dont drink, or smoke, I have no vices per week except pinball (well, maybe the occassional social bourban n coke) so my having no other addictions pays for my pinball addiction..thats the excuse anyway.lol
