Aren't most short films a little 'off the beaten track' anyway?

Yet another way to promote pinball and this chick has sunk a year++ of her life into that.
100 credits for effort and the courage  - regardless of the outcome.

There is a hell of a lot of pinball people behind it - so something must be half decent about it 

There's obviously a story behind this short film that a lot of people (well me at least) on this site don't know about, can someone fill us in?

Yeah I don't dispute those facts at all but just because there are pinball people behind it and has pinball as a main theme doesn't change the fact that it is just another very average looking indie film..short or otherwsie.
It remains to be seen if it will in fact cause any type of ripple in the minds of non pinball people.

I doubt that very much, considering it will more than likely never get a theatrical release and just about no one outside of pinball circles and people involved with the film will ever see it.  Unless it gets to a decent festival, does well and somebody of actual note in the industry picks it up for a wider release, that is like winning the lotto in film terms.
Then of course it has to be good and this does not look good at all.
I haven't seen short films in the cinemas since the 70's-early 80's.
It would have had more of a chance as a feature with better actors and a better plotline.

I think it will be good - could alot of things much worse - just don't expect special effects - at least she is giving it a go.

Gotta give credit where credit is due. Seems like she has put alot of time n effort into her movie making. Good positive stuff for pinball.

ive watched that trailer 3 times now. looks stupid yet i wanna watch it.

im an indie film fan, but that trailer makes no sense. "you have had enough" lol
