Star Race value?
« on: August 10, 2012, 10:23:57 PM »
A friend of mine has a Gottlieb 1980 Star Race in pretty good nick. He asked if I could get some indication of the going rate?
It's not for sale at this point, but any estimates would be helpful.

Thanks

Geez, I have never seen one of these sell, let alone played one, pretty rare game. Love the artwork, and the figure 8 up the left, sort of reminds me of the long Spirit shot to that corner, probably as hard to make.

Be interested to see opinions on value. $2K maybe??

Rare game. Only issue would be the condition of the electronics. I assume it is working, and if it is a 7/10 - 8/10 all round it would be worth around $2000. I have only ever seen one (overseas).

If he decides to sell the game, I know a buyer (not me) who would be interested.
