Aside from the original flipping of games immediately after the release of the repros in 2007, the actual number to sell since is extremely low. The standard of the game and the difficulty in replacing it down the track is a major hurdle to overcome if you decide to sell. At $15,000.00 I can't say I am not tempted - I've had the game a fair while, know it well, and someone else would I imagine appreciate it more than me by now. But I still love playing it, and can't imagine selling unless there was family/financial reasons to thin the heard. I guess many others with one would have the same sort of situation, so supply stays very low.

Is it worth more than an MM for example? I think so (I like it more) - those seem to be $10-$12K for a restored example, and as the repro BBBs are only a few years old and pretty much only HUO, I guess that gives a perspective to the $15K sort of price.

Fun to speculate, we'll need to see a few local sales to really get an idea, but I doubt that will happen.

"supply & DEMAND" should be illegal.....sheesh!!

Sadly, pricing on pinnies in general is absurd, and what's even more insulting are the number of dealers who watch eachothers prices and bump up/down accordingly....

I've seen (too often) 2 particularly large dealers, 1 has a machine for $3.5k, the other suddenly lists one for $5.5k, and within 24 hours the original dealer raises his from $3.5 to $5.5k and uses the excuse "that's what the market is at the moment".
I don't think THAT is fair to rasie a machine coz someone else is asking a higher price.
IF that machine initially had $3.5k work of parts/labour into it, then that SHOULD be it's maximum price, it can't just jump up a few grand coz someone else is doing it....

These guys should be selling petrol or used cars, farout!!

Grrrr....polishing my gun,
MM

If you don't like the price, don't pay it.

That's supply and demand at a personal level.

Funny though on eBay I see the same pins 'selling' maybe two or more times.

I hope the tax dept is keepin a close eye on the dishonest ones.

Be lucky to find one in the US  now less then $13K ,15K seems to be the money now .
I personally can't see them coming down in price .The game simply looks stunning and play nice .
Thanks to Nick and Chillie for helping make up my mind a few years back , best decision I have in a long while .
Comes down to supply and demand .
