I would have bought it for $5000 but there is paint missing from a previous mylar removal %$% lol (That was a joke) Yours will come up a treat with a little bit of work Lucky Bastard ill get mine one day

If you are asking top dollar the least you could do is take some decent pics...

Does not look like a $7000 machine from what I can see.

Not even close !

Have a look at the wear between the bumpers !

Needs some better pictures to justify anything NEAR that amount. Having said that, it is on eBay - so anything could happen.

IMO - a KISS that was new in the box is not worth that kind of money

The point I'm trying to make is for $7,000 if one puts their mind to it they could build an entire collection for that. For that kind of money I could purchase 10 games that would all play better than KISS.

Don't get me wrong - KISS is a very collectable pin but for 7K  #@#

What would you prefer?

I agree - well, the sort of games I am after I could maybe get three or four for that money. That's why I am happy to dabble outside the top 10 or 20 or even 50 - value for money.

From memory they were US$1200 in 1979 NIB. Could be wrong, but that's what Dad told me years ago.

Wait until I've restored my KISS pin - I've already spent over $2000 on it and I have no even removed a screw from it yet  :D

I am with you Tony - apart from its looks KISS does not have much going for it.  I saw the one Rollerball bought and was not even tempted to hit the BIN at $1500, although if it was in WA it would have been a different matter!
