AC/DC Pro mirror blades
« on: September 29, 2012, 02:22:37 PM »
Has anyone here installed mirror blades on their AC/DC Pro ? I was about to, but i'm concerned there's not enough clearance on the
upper left hand side.

Yes i saw that video when it first came out. I can't see how there's enough clearance. I have put the mirror blades on my Avatar without
any problems, but the AC/DC Pro seems a bit risky.

YES, they fit fine.  ^^^

I can take some photos tomorrow. Just lift n close the playfield slowly, and the playfield does have a little side to side movement when u lift n close etc if u push/pull it gently.

they look amazing. I love them.

Swinksy does it again !  ^^^ ^^^

only Pro model gets the clips which work well instead of the std lever set up.

anyone breaking into a sited model wouldnt know how to open anything else up probably when they cant find the lockdown bar lever.lol   %.%

Installed the blades today, very easy, but as expected not enough clearance on the left side. Some nice scratches for my trouble. I didn't have
any trouble with the Avatar, but AC/DC, not enough clearance for me....

Great product and well priced. Thanks to swinks.

which bits hit on the left side ?  how big/small are the scratches and are they noticeable ? apparently they are supposed to buff out very easy.
did u secure your blades with > dbl sided tape ?
