Williams Flash
« on: November 05, 2012, 07:24:13 PM »
Well thanks to a member on here I now have a project Flash. The cab is about 7 out of 10 on the outside. Inside 11 out of 10  $#$ Also had a user envelope with all the cards, full schematics, clear plastics to go over the info cards, warranty card, updated parts lists, even an envelope with mylar. The only thing not there was the op manual but I downloaded it and had it bound for $3 at office works with a clear plastic cover. Playfield  7 to 8 out of 10, Translite 7 out of 10. Inside the backbox clean as a whistle. Boards mmmmmm 2 red lights, no displays working so can't tell how they are. So gave it a little clean and dropped a couple of leds in just for show. Beaky will be getting a message I think. All in all very pleased.

Looks very nice - I see some LEDs in there as well ?

Underrated game - I think it is the best SYS 4/6 title.

Great! I have an original Flash in storage. Your machine looks in reasonable shape for the age.
Looking at the coin door, is your machine from Germany?

If you remember playing pinball in the 70s you were having a good time.

Nice Flash  ^^^   I have a Flash to with a Rottendog CPU/ Driver board. It works flawlessly but the boards are not cheap.

Thank you.. played this game when it was new and loved it. They were every where back then the closest for me was the local milkbar and Ringwood bowl. Just shifting off this for a moment, have been offered an Alien star for a project but don't know much about it or if it's a good player so help me decide please.

Beaky has done his thing and off she goes. Just had to work on everyone's favorite part.....The drop targets. With them fixed it works a treat. Beaky is the MAN and I don't know where we would be with out people like him and all those who go out of their way to help us keep these wonderful machines operating  $%$

Replace the white original pop bumper caps with blue ones.

Just a suggestion - but it will look much better than the original caps in my opinion.
