Good stuff...Great looking machine.  I've never played one that I can remember but looks very cool!

The last machine I bought from PBJ/BCW was my Simpsons which was cleaned up very nicely and very well shopped.

I would have told them a HH as well...lol

funnier things have happened

I was looking for a HH and Spirit for YEARS - ask Marco (Pinfan).

Then MarkC / Childs found me EXACTLY what I wanted - a Project Haunted House AND Spirit. I even bought a second Spirit as a "BIG Project", and a Force II. So ASK and you shall find.

Congrats on your score.

Looks a great machine too. Always love BH, so much so in fact Iv'e got 3 of them. All needing a full resto job of course, but when they have been sorted out properley are a great fun game to play.

Now, if only I could find a HH ( like everyone else here obviously ) then they would look great side by side.

Possible swap anyone ?? %.% %.%

Should it have speech? Is this a fault? Was the fault mentioned in the listing? Not trying to stir trouble, but you paid a fair price for the machine Paul.

edit: Notable Features:  Flippers (6), Pop bumpers (6), 5-bank drop targets (1), 4-bank drop targets (2), 3-bank drop targets (1), Kick-out holes (2), Horseshoe lane (1), Rollunder spinner (1). Backglass animation (rotating disc, non-export only). First machine to offer a lower playfield sloped away from the player with the flippers at the backbox end. Multiball and speech (non-export only).

edit: So as it was listed as 100% working you are entitled to ask for compensation for the S/B repair, unless your happy.

Might be a Export model with the spinning disk added later in it's life?.

Also has the 3 coin slot door which is unusual in US machines, or is that just modern stuff?.

If the disk has been added, is it possible to add speech as well?. Not really up to speed on Gottlieb sys80, so dunno.

Edit: Bit of detective work shows that the machine was exported to Germany "1 Mark" "2 Marks" etc on the coin door.

It should have Speech - It is definitely a "non US" model - Dual Backglass, chaser lights etc.

The Euro versions I've seen have a different Door and an inscription on the coin faceplate and sometimes the lock down bar.

So it IS either missing the speech board or it is broken.

Damn...when you look at it like this....

Notable Features:  Flippers (6), Pop bumpers (6), 5-bank drop targets (1), 4-bank drop targets (2), 3-bank drop targets (1), Kick-out holes (2), Horseshoe lane (1), Rollunder spinner (1). Multiball and speech (non-export only).

There sure is a shitload of stuff in a Black hole...

well speech non-export only...Im not that worried about it as it doesnt say much anyway...and can look into it later...
