Maverick Pinball
« on: July 14, 2022, 07:49:36 PM »

My Maverick Pinball has developed a display issue

One screen is clear and solid and all pixels are present, but when I go into the bonus screen etc the bonus scores are split and flicker & jump.
If anyone has seen this before or knows how to fix it could you please point me in the right direction?

Thanks Paul !@#

Sorry by reseating I mean remove and press them back on,  if that doesn’t work you could also do the same with the eprom on the display board

Thanks for the response Dan, I have reseated all connectors and ribbon cables and reseated Eprom.
Unfortunately still no luck?

Not sure what else to do?

Might be time for a new eprom maybe,   Or maybe a factory reset can fix odd little quirks

Sounds like a Display board issue. Seen it once on a Data East - split video. Do you have another Sega in your collection to swap out the boards ?
