How are you cutting the plastics - They look like they are finely cut ?

How are you applying the artwork ?

On the plastic - use polished panhead screws - They will look better than the countersunk ones you are using (Just a tip mate)..

Big pictures for a biiiig job.

I am curious how you put them together too Nug....I have been tring to duplicate some plastics and fail miserably  !!!
