My wife spends way more time f**king around with Facebook than I spend on here so no probs

Status update: Just took a huge dump, I had to strain to push it out and it hurt a little bit, but extremely satisfying once it was out. Uplifting, I think I lost a few kgs. (Insert dumb acronym on emoticon here..)
