I think it could be the glass tube with mercury. As I it notice some broken glass come out of the machine near the front of machine or near the front door which I had never noticed before. The glass looked like a burnt light globe but it probably wasn't as I can't see any burnt light bulbs. Where is the glass tube normally situated within the machine? And are they easy to buy and replace if it is it?

I think there are tilts in the door, in the cabinet and their might be one in the head. The door would be the first place I would check. I could be wrong, but I think these had the glass tube with mercury (mercury switch). If that has moved, then the game will be in tilt mode.

I might have schematics for this game.
