I have noticed that all replies come back with an exclamation mark - querying something in the order, or just the thank you - I guess someone just likes exclamation marks a lot !! !!

Never really worried too much about their antique payment methods - kind of hard not to respect a place that sends the stuff first and waits to get paid. Not the sort of service I guess people are used to, no wonder there are so many complaints.
