its actually pulled down atm as I needed room to store all the new bathroom parts  .. I'll revisit the symptoms and drop you an email ... really appreciate your advice/tips as always .. in fact 2 of my 6 pins are currently pulled down (both faulty anyway.. the other one is my troublesome Zaccahria Moonflight EM)
