I dont think they can be bought new as far as im aware..
i could be wrong, though i've never seen them on any of the parts websites.
Your best bet might be if someone here has scrapped a pin cab and saved them who is willing to part with them. I had some a while back that i was saving for one of my own restores but i was talked out of them by a mate who, actually wanted them for a Card Whiz!!
