My experience with MAD Amusements has not been good. I honestly can't remember an order where I didn't have to chase him up and see whether the order had been shipped or not. Mike always came up with the lamest excuses e.g. his internet was down, the post office system was down, bad weather meant that no parcels were being delivered, he is only a one man show and he is too busy and the list went on.
He then tried to charge me a hefty re-stocking fee when I wanted to change something with an order even though the order had not been packed or sent. When I questioned the re-stocking fee, my account was deleted and he said that he didn't need customers who try to make up their own rules. End of the day, his re-stocking fee was more important to him than keeping a very good customer.
Before all of this I would have recommended him but there is no way I would recommend MAD Amusements anymore.
