To be honest, I have a close friend who warned me off Mad Amusements ages ago, and he did say something similar to what you have said Nick, but I needed something and gave them a go, and never have looked back after many great experiences, year after year.

When my friend and I discuss that parts company (Mad), and I did only a week or so ago after my Phoenix displays arrived within a week, he says he has had nothing but issues, emails unanswered etc, but its a interesting talking point, because my emails always get answered, and everything has been smooth. Stuffed if I know why or understand why there are 2 so very opposing views on that parts company, but if u listen to half of the pinball industry, it seems everyone has similar experiences everywhere with various suppliers. None of it makes sense but it just seems to be a bit hit n miss.

Anyway, If the post starter orders a display from them for the Whitewater pinny, it would be good to get his feedback etc, provided his emails are answered.lol
