Thanks for your help, I'm going to take the ball count stepper apart first and clean it. I also have an issue where a couple of the lights for the poker reels stopped working (and it's not the bulbs) and also, the roll over buttons and targets in front of the poker reels stopped working as well. The side lanes steel advance the reels. I've got the manual and schematic so i"ll go through each relay and check the switches...I've already checked all the coils and they are okay. I'm hoping it will be working by Christmas
