Sounds like Game Over relay is in trip position . In this case the game over light will be lit , outhole relay won't work but flippers and bumpers will.
Game Over relay will be latched when you press credit button via a switch on coin relay (wire colours prob yellow one side and red/green on the other) . Make sure that when you press the credit button that
a) coin relay energises
b) that switch on the coin relay is closed when coin relay energises
On mine, game over lights but the flippers and ball kickout don't work. Nothing on the playfield works except the three outhole which will flick the ball out. The coil on the coin door activates and the coin relay energises momentarily...the game over relay didn't latch
