Hello again, tested the scr's a little better. I could measure one side the c&g and got .6v on the known working lamps and got .7v & .8v and two of the known dead lamps. I also re-pinned j2-4 with no luck prior to testing with no luck.
I couldnt get a reading when swapping the dmm leads on either the good or bad lamps, but seem to feel the scr's are probably the cause and will now look at fixing the pcb.
