Update to help others if they experience anything similar. Problem solved.

I disconnected the 10 opto board and the cock worked ok again. While reconnecting the main plug back to the opto pbc I noticed a wire from a target dangling by itself. It was the same colour as in the string of switches that were out. Reconnect and all good
