On some games it's easier to remove the plastics and other top stuff (if not overly complicated) to gain access. A good time to clean under those areas too if that wasn't done in an earlier restore/clean up.
on my spacies that means only the gi's. Luckily the holders are 44's and I will be replacing the globes with leds so globe changing should be kept to a minimum 
Post some pictures when your done changing them over please. I'm considering led's for my Flash Gordon but I'm really just not sure if its the right thing to do for this machine given its vintage.
