mike,i would even consider investing some bucks as to ensure these get maid.but 10,000 units sounds expensive mate.

Not really - the die cost should only be around $800 and then the per piece price will be very cheap. Naturally the sell price will need to reflect the die cost and the expected sales over a reasonable time frame. I am thinking $2~3 each is realistic  !@#

The bending of the piece and riveting of contacts isn't a big deal.

I would make it with the third hole in the centre for the locating pin on the DT
