I think you may be after ASW-A1-167. There is a slight difference in the centre leaf that separates the two contacts.
I would imagine that these would be a pretty generic switch. Hopefully RTBB should have something in stock that will suit. Might be worth a quick email or phone call (if you have 5 mins for a chat as well ;o) )
