I have had luck with E-Go, as long as the customer is happy. They are the cheapest going around, and if you pack the machine correctly, you should be fine.

My rule of thumb ;

DMD or machine without an expensive backglass - E-Go. Last shipment was $160 ish as a bulk item - From Melbourne Depot to Brisbane (Gav's depot). Not a scratch.
Machine with a backglass - Neway - Just under $400. I placed the game on a pellet etc and all went well. Door to Door.

I think it does not matter who you use, but it does matter if the game is a holy grail or similar. I would not send a KISS / Fathom etc unless it was palletised and insured.
